The Consumer agrees that in the event of a violation of this article, they shall bear sole responsibility for any resulting consequences toward third parties. The Store may provide ancillary services, such as after-sales support, depending on the nature and type of the requested product. Article 4 - Usage Guidelines The Consumer agrees to use the platform in compliance with public morals and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. When purchasing a product or service, the Consumer is prohibited from using it in any manner that violates public order or Saudi regulations. Article 13 - General Provisions Language: The Arabic language is the primary language for interpreting or translating this agreement. Pricing: Prices for products and services are subject to change. Promotions: Marketing offers are temporary, and the Store reserves the right to modify or discontinue them at any time. Mutual Respect: Both parties agree to act in accordance with legal and religious principles governing the relationship between a merchant and a consumer. This agreement may only be canceled by an official decision from the management of Flower Boutique.
